Users of Heathrow car rental could visit Croome Park
People using car hire at Heathrow Airport might like to drive to Worcestershire to take an autumn stroll through Croome Park.
The attraction was recently recommended in an article for the Daily Telegraph, which noted there is currently a rare opportunity to take a guided tour of the gardens.
"See the autumnal colours with the grounds manager, who will explain the horticultural technique behind the plantings and shrubberies that frame the lake and follies of this elegant National Trust property," commented journalist Jolyon Attwooll.
The National Trust recommends visitors appreciate the view of the landscape design from within Croome Court, relax with a stroll in the garden and explore the wider grounds of the estate.
Furthermore, there is a new children's play area at the park, which could make it ideal for a family day out.
Car hire users should be able to drive to Croome Park in approximately two hours from Heathrow Airport, if they take the route along the M4.
