Those who have a sweet tooth can even visit the birthplace of the delicious banoffee pie at the Hungry Monk in Jevington, East Sussex.

However, delicious food is not all the county has to offer. Visit Sussex recommends holidaymakers should sample the charms of the classic English seaside at West Beach in Littlehampton or perhaps get out and about on a walk in the South Downs.
