Umbrella fun with Heathrow car rental

Heathrow car rental users looking for a family event to enjoy may wish to head for Chiswick Park in south-west London on September 19th.

The Yellow Umbrella Day is an event that raises money for childrens' charities and offers lots of stage entertainment, race and competitions, while there are also pony rides, cookery activities and face painting among the activities on offer, which should offer something for everyone.

Starting at 09:30 BST, it carries on until 16:00, by which time all the family may have had lots of fun.

Those arriving early can register for participation events, from a 10k run for the serious athletes to a ten-metre "woddle" for toddlers.

To reach Chiswick Park from Heathrow, first take the M4 motorway towards central London.

At the end of the motorway, take the A315 towards Chiswick, before picking up the left turn onto the B490, which leads to the park.
