Head to Brighton for the Soundwaves Festival

Holidaymakers who are taking a break in the south-east of England this summer may wish to use Heathrow car rental to travel to Brighton and visit the cutting-edge Soundwaves Festival.

Running from July 16th to 18th, this music event will see bands and sound artists from all over the UK descend upon the seaside town to perform their tracks.

And those who like to get involved in the action will not fail to be disappointed, with a whole host of participatory events also taking place during the two-day spectacular.

VisitBrighton states: "Since the festival began in 2007, it has continued to develop and showcase the best alternative UK talent as the endless supply of world-class, avant-garde performances capture the imagination of all who hear them."

Members of the public can explore multi-arts events, such as the open-air Sonic Forest and Flash-mob opera in Jubilee Square, or attend Brighton University’s Sallis Benney Theatre to see a whole host of stage shows.

It takes one hour and 20 minutes to get to Brighton using Heathrow car rental via the M25 and A23.
