Enjoy Guildford Book Festival with Heathrow car rental

Heathrow car rental could take users to the nearby Guildford Book Festival for some literary fun.

Visitors will have the chance to meet a number of well-known British authors, as well as join in activities such as quizzes and book swaps.

This year's event will be held from October 14th to 23rd and has a line-up that includes BBC presenter Bill Turnbull, writer and comedian Arthur Smith and historian Dan Cruickshank.

People might enjoy attending Girls' Night, which is hosted by Jane Wenham-Jones and features an agony aunt session with columnists such as Lucy Mangan.

Individuals can also chat to popular authors Katie Fforde and Adele Parks at the Literary Lunch on October 21st.

The festival has been running for over 20 years and "captures the imagination of people of all ages, backgrounds and interests", according to organisers.

Guildford is a 35-minute drive from Heathrow Airport along the M25, from which car hire users should exit at Junction 10 onto the A3.
