The Outdoor Diary promotes a range of events in the Edinburgh, Lothians and Scottish Borders areas.
Over 30 organisations have listed their offerings with the publication, which advises people on where to find the best festivals and fairs.
Attractions include wild teddy bears’ picnics, learning to track wildlife and make bird-boxes and feeders, making kites and woodland puppets, and building dens and shelters.
The guide is available free of charge from April 2nd and the pocket-sized publication covers a whole year’s worth of pastimes.
