Car hire customers to go to fish festival?

Car hire customers who are interested in fishing may like to consider visiting Pembrokeshire.

This is because it is holding the Seriously Fishy Festival, an event that will see over 200 different activities taking place between June 26th and July 4th.

It will include gourmet tastings, adventure watersports, cookery demos and island rambles.

There will also be a celebrity master class from Valentine Warner – presenter of the BBC programme What to Eat Now.

People will be able to catch their own seafood and cook it on a beach barbecue, or take a riverboat along the coast to experience some of the scenery.

Restaurants, pubs, cafes and bars will have special menus throughout the week, offering "seafood extravaganzas, fish tapas, freshly dressed local crab salads and seafood chowders".

Kate Morgan, organiser of Fish Week, told fishnewseu.com that "food-lovers have hundreds of opportunities to tuck into fresh, locally-caught fish and shellfish".
