Bunny Hop to appeal to car hire customers?

Car hire customers with young families who are looking for something to do this Easter may want to visit Winchester, it has been suggested.

This is because the town is holding a Bunny Hop, which will see parents and their children making their way around while searching for egg-shaped clue cards.

There will be thirteen in all and once a group has collected them, they must head to the City Museum to work out the mystery phrase, with a surprise from The Sweet Treat Company beckoning for the winners.

Rachel Gander, Winchester City Council’s tourism marketing and development officer, noted that her company is delighted to offer something fun and exciting to do, with the event running from March 29th to April 18th.

"Winchester’s retail offering has become ever-increasingly child and family friendly," she added.

It was recently noted that a series of activities are happening, including a world war exhibition – taking place on April 4th and 5th – at Fort Nelson Armoury Museum.
